Running Late?
If you are late on the test day, contact your test centre right away.
Feeling Sick on Test Day?
If you’re sick on the test day and want to postpone your test or get a refund, you must provide medical proof within 5 days of your test date.
Note: refunds are only for serious illnesses.
Need to Cancel or Change the Date?
You cannot cancel your test date without a medical reason if it’s less than 5 weeks away.
If you wish to change or cancel your test in less than 5 weeks before the scheduled date, you will be charged a €40 administration fee.
If you reschedule your test, the new test date must be within 3 months of the original one.
